I understand that my child will be interacting with other children and neither Singers Company, LLC, nor Isabel Malherbe or her assistants will be responsible for the actions of other children. I further understand that the director Isabel Malherbe is independent of Singers Company, LLC and is not an employee, agent, or principal of Singers Company, LLC and Singers Company, LLC is not responsible for the conduct of Isabel Malherbe.
